I run into the same issue with every Mitsubishi dealer and I tried all of them, montreal, laval and longueil. They give you a quote for parts and labor. They tell you the labor is 2 hours yet your car is ready one hour and 15 minutes later but you still end up being charged the full 2 hours of labor. The worst experience I had was when I was quoted 1 hour of labor per disc/break change, yet I was able to do all 4 in 2 hours at a different garage including changing the break fluid and cleaning the calipers. Dont blame me for taking my business to other garages.

Good service. Tru to john scotti

The worse service ever. Garage never call me to let me know they would keep my car, good thing a friend lend me her car so I could go to work the next day. No courtesy car. When I call to ask when my car was gonna be ready, I was transfered 3 time to be told they didn't know where the car was. When I finally went to get my car I was charge for something I never ask for. Thank you very much, I will file a complaint.

The garage portion of it This place is getting worse by the day. Ever since Rob left, this place became a mess. An hour and a half to get an oil change and I had an appointment. The mechanic was taking cigarette break during an oil change and checking his phone... horrible. I have been going there for 8 years. Time to move on.

Keep in mind they are not certified to service the i-MiEV. Not off to a good start. And my car towed here due to a flat tire. Returned the next day only to realize that either it was damaged or nothing was done. Had to drive back on a fast leak. Probably won't go back.
