I have had the recent privilege of dealing with Alex of Autos H&M. A very professional man to deal with. Patient, understanding and works to find solutions for his customers. As a consumer I am very satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend giving Autos H&M a look to anyone searching for their next vehicle.

Alex is very nice, and very helpful, and the car is in fantastic shape mechanically. He even changed the brakes and fixed the few mechanical "issues" we had with it, which was nice. He also included the brake calipers and the strap for free. He did all the repairs necessary included in the price. The reason I am dropping the rating from 5 to 3 stars is because the customer service upon picking up the car was simply not there. A lot was promised but not delivered. The car was supposed to be washed, and the tires were supposed to be included. With this being said, when I asked if the car is ready, I assumed this meant that the tires would be ON the car and the car would be washed. Upon picking up the car, this was not the case - the car had not been washed. My father and I had to pay 20$ for a car wash, and then proceeded to drive 20 minutes to Montreal-Nord to get the tires put on - which were paid for, just not put on. This took us an extra 2 1/2 hours. There was also an extra 15$ added onto the initial price, which Alex had said was for the "transit". Why it wasn't listed in the original asking price, I don't know. If Alex would've mentioned to me beforehand that the winter tires were NOT on the car, then I would've picked up the vehicle another day/prepared myself to spend time putting the tires on. He had made it seem like the tires would be on the car. Every other time I have purchased a vehicle, it is presented to me, washed and ready to be driven home. Regardless, it was still a good experience and I left with a beautiful car at a good price. I would still encourage people to buy a car here. Update: After speaking with Alex, we came to the conclusion that a lot of this was just simple miscommunication, and a misunderstanding. He has been very helpful since buying the car and has answered all of my questions about the car since buying it. For this I am adding an extra star. :)

It was an absolutely great deal with these guys. They are very professional and kind. I strongly recommend them for those who want to buy a car with a good price and also in perfect shape. Their mechanic is also very expert so for maintenance it is also a right place to visit.

We are so grateful we had the car checked before we bought it. There was so much wrong with the car that wasn't mentioned that the repairs to just make it safe would have doubled the price before they even fixed the abs electrics to see what was wrong with them. Avoid, or get an independent opinion, it well worth the peace of mind for a $100 check up. Only three issues were listed by the salesman - which were the rear breaks and the ball joint on the torsion bar and the abs sensor not working properly. Not included was the muffler which needed replacing and was patched with cement which came of at the mechanic's with the touch of a hand (it had not been welded underneath, just patched, the leak in the power steering line, it was not just the ball joint but the entire torsion bar which needed replacing, oil leak, the fact that the abs system wasn't working because the actual abs sensor had been cut... and more... The actual sales guy was very nice, he just failed to mention that the car was not safe to drive. It's ok to invest in an older car. We ended up buying a Volvo V40 of the same year elsewhere, with slightly higher mileage which took $800 of repair (work and tax in) and is good to go but these guys were not upfront. They could have been honest, as there's a mechanic onsite, but instead let us waste our time and money on getting it inspected and acted surprised when we came back with a full report. The discount was offered before we even had the car inspected.
