Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Don and Sharon were both great. Both very open and honest and willing to listen. They helped me to get exactly what I needed and still stay within my budget. Great overall experience!

Sales Department is great and I am always happy with the service to my vehicle. The wait times for service appointments are incredibly long (3-4 weeks minimum) and their customer service is poor. They do not call you back when you request this when booking an appointment. They do not call you back when you leave a voicemail. Very obviously understaffed.

I can only speak towards the service department. It was a horrible experience, my Subaru broke down so I towed it to the closest Subaru dealership, which was Ogilvie Subaru. The service attendant was new and was not well trained and was left on her own to close. she did not know how to add a new vehicle to the system. So she left a note for someone to add the car in the next day. Not a big deal but she should have had someone experienced with her, I don’t blame her I blame the training she was provided. When I called to check on my car the next day, I could not get a hold of anyone at service and left a voicemail. No one returned my call, I had to visit the dealership later that day to get an update. As they were busy with everyone putting on snow tires I had to go on a waiting list to get my car in, not much I can do I did not have an appointment. Everyday I called for 5 days and I constantly got a voicemail and no returned call backs. This was getting annoying so I visited the dealership later that night and was told to call Keith I believe was his name. Again I called the next day and got Keith’s voicemail, no returned calls. I finally had enough and had my car towed to Otto’s Subaru who were even more busy but they had someone look at the car before service closed, my car was fixed the next day and ready to go. I don’t understand how a dealership can operate a service department that only forwards calls to voicemail. If your reading this, just try calling the service department, I am certain you will get a voicemail that no one listens too. Otto’s Subaru is a far superior dealership, I’ve had my issues with them too but at least they corrected my issues and make sure I am satisfied. If I could give less than one star I would to Ogilvie Subaru I would.

I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Don Marcovitch and it was hands-down the best car-buying experience I have had. Don was professional and knowledgeable about the car I was buying, I got a great deal and was treated the same as if I was buying a new car! Don was in touch regularly through the purchase and delivery process and has followed up to ensure I am happy with my 'new-to-me' vehicle. I would recommend Don and Ogilvie Subaru to anyone who asks and while I intend to keep my car for a long time, I will be a repeat customer of Don's when the time comes to get a new one. Thanks Don!

Great service and friendly/knowlegeable staff. Ask for Don, no hassling, honest and attentive to customer needs/wants. Loving our experience as new Ogilvie Subaru customers!
