Had the pleasure of dealing with Shady Gharib at Luciani. Shday went above and beyond for me. I had originally decided to buy one car with Shady and on the delivery date I found a different car in their show room that I wanted. Shady not only changed everything for me but provided me with a better deal and helped me obtain EVERYTHING I wanted. Couldn't have been happier with a salesman who went above and beyond and gave me advice like I was his little brother. Shady was honest, kind and dealt with me like a family, even though I knew I was an extremely difficult customer. I would also like to say that I had met other staff who were extremely nice to me in Shady's absence and treated me wonderfully. To the Luciani infinity family, thank you for a great experience.

One of the worst service i had in the service department.. it even had to go Infiniti Canada to get resolved. Today i received my car and discovered that they unplugged the battery, no big deal right? They should have put everything as it was right??? Well no! Everything was factory mode, the windows switch where not programmed and many more. Never going back there again.

All I can say is that my experience at Luciani was fantastic! This is the first time that I have actually owned a higher end vehicle and the service I received was nothing short of phenomenal. Being accustomed to service from regular dealerships, I was blown away by how much Luciani catered to my individual needs. Making that jump from regular to superior type vehicles, I obviously went there with a budget. The salesman, Joey Longo, was very patient with me and ensured to find the right deal that would meet my restrictions as well as my personal needs. Joey was very patient with me and worked diligently behind the scenes to fit the perfect match for me. From the moment I walked through the front entrance, greeted by a beautiful smile and welcoming words from the receptionist, to the negotiation process (which was not painful at all in any way, if I might add), all the way to the day the car was delivered to me, I received white glove service. Joey even needed to go to the sales manager for approval and he was more than fair and generous in getting me the right deal. The little details, such as offering a tour of the office and preparing a nice espresso while exploring the grounds, really made the difference for me. My lease is up next month and I will obviously be looking at getting into a new contract with them again, if the right deal comes along! Thank you Joey, thank you to the entire Luciani team for making it all possible. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years and years to come!
