We could only wish to have such a nice dealership as this in Ontario. Many thanks to Patrick for a hospitable welcome and for giving us a wealth of information on various skidoo models.

Popped out there to checkout skidoos and Patrick was very knowledgable about all the machines, and gave us tons of valuable information.

Wouldn't trust these guys or buy anything from them....their guarantee is not what you think it is... READ THE FINE PRINT! I worked with Mario, one of the sales staff for a week on a used boat. The ad in the Autotrader mentioned that there was a 30 Day guarantee which made me feel a little comfortable about buying a used boat. I was excited about the boat and finally decided I was going to put a down payment. They sent me the contract and it was in French, they declined to send me anything in English. I had to translate this using google translator and was shocked to find out the guarantee was a 50/50 split. This means that if anything goes wrong with the boat after you pick it up, you pay for 50% of the repair bill. They didn't mention this at all during my dozen or so phone calls and over 20 emails back and forth. Their ad, didn't say it either. In my opinion, they weren't upfront on this and probably would not have mentioned it if I didn't ask. I wrote an email to the president (Jean) but apparently he is too busy and pawned it off to some guy named (Martin) who gave me some lame response about how the "paid" salesman and manager also wasted their time by doing their job. Anyway, I believe that if this company is so confident about their used equipment, they should put their money where their mouth is and offer the customer a 100% guarantee for the 30 days. What good are your mechanics and diagnostic procedures if you cannot ensure that a boat will function without issues for 30 days. If you can't do it for 30 days, then do it for 15, anything, but don't be uncertain and leave the customer hanging for 50% of the bill. Why would I choose to buy something from an expert if their opinion is only 50% guaranteed! People, do your research, there are other dealers out there that offer a 100% guarantee, don't settle and read the contract. Here is what some guy name Martin had to say to me...... "About your complain, this is an offroad vehicule, and we are not in the obligation to give any warranty on it, but we do this one (50/50) at our place and this not cover the transportation. Of course it’s not a brand new boat, but we guarantee that this boat goes well, maybe we could write that it has any warranty, but we give one, perhaps not the one you expected, but still. We will take in consideration your constructive commentary for that point. You also said that you feel like you have wasted your time, but our salesman and sales manager have also taken a lot of time with you too, take information and pictures to make sure that you had all you needed to take your decision with confident. We are very confident that this boat is in pretty good condition, and stick to our politic, so, for the good of everyone, we cancel this contract, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have made."
