I dealt with Johann both over the phone and via e-mail in order to purchase my new 2018 Polaris Sportsman 450 HO. Johann was always very courteous and answered all of my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, at the arranged time, there were no surprises and the ATV was ready for pick-up. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from this dealer and from Johann. Thank you again.

5 stars ratings are BS from workers and friends... All kinds of misleading adds and they have nothing in stock...

Need to improve standard of service.

Never got a straight answer. The person I was dealing with no longer works there. I had a deposit of 500 dollars on a motorcycle as of November 17th. Emailed until February 28th stating that I was going to pick up the bike and pay for it in full via cash deal on April 6th or 7th. Got a response stating it was not going to be a problem. As I called a week before the pick up I was told that the person no longer worked for this place. They had no 300's left and my bike was sold at a bike show in march........... what???? Apparently they had no proper contract set up for me meanwhile I drove for 7 hours one way to make that contract in November. They did not have proof or a copy of my deposit ither..... i saw the guy put a copy of it in a folder with my name and contract on it.... Horible communication. If you only speak English don't bother. I will never ever take my business there nor would I ever recommend that dealer. Go to the one in St. Jerome. THEY CALLED ME BACK TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM....... not rivier Rouge. And St. Jerome were the ones who were polite and never hung up on me. Rivier Rouge hung up on me probably close to 10 times.... The only person in rivier rouge that understood where i wos coming from and knew what i was going through was the service manager...... NOT THE SALES MANAGER..... WAW I have no idea why you are in business..... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RIVIER ROUGE..... VERY POISED OFF AND DISSAPOINTED..... THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY FIRST BIKE PURCHASE A NIGHTMARE...

I am not impressed by the quality and timeliness of the service. This dealer also has questionable business tactics such as hidden fees and the fact that the advertised price is for credit only, there is an additional fee if you want to pay cash as the dealer gets kickbacks from the finance company.
