Brought my Nissan Versa in to have the airbags replaced under nation-wide recall. I picked up my car at the end of the day with non-functional airbags. Apparently a 'clock spring' broke during the work, but because this 'clock spring' wasn't included in the recall, Nissan didn't replace it. To summarize...I brought my car in to have defective airbags replaced and I left with new airbags that didn't work. Nissan advised me it would cost upwards of $400 to replace the clock spring. I had it replaced a week later at a trustworthy garage. I wrote 2 letters and left messages with Nissan corporate headquaters requesting compensation, with no response to date. I will never again buy a Nissan because of this experience at Nissan St-Hyacinthe. We are currently enjoying our new 2018 Subaru Forester.

My partner bought a Nissan Leaf from this dealership, we love the car as it is a very comfortable and cool car to drive, but the service we got from the dealership was very poor. We had to fight a lot for them to match their advertised prices to the car, there was a lot of hidden fees, and a lot of confusion for us and they were never clear. We ended getting what we want. We are still waiting for a 500$ cheque from this dealership as it was advertised with a purchase of a Flo charger. I do not recommend this dealership but i do recommend the leaf. We called many times for our 500$ cheque as advertised and the sales person said to my partner 'that he did not have to answer our questions' and hang up. This is to respond to the reply below to my comment from the owner. We did try to contact you and you completely annoy us. Thank you.

Warning, Don’t buy from here any 2nd hand car. I see on Kijiji a 2nd hand car I call and I ask for price. 2 times the sell guy ask the director if the price is accurate because I come from montreal to st hyacinthe and I don’t want to have surprises or to lose my time. I go there and I want to buy the car the director of 2nd hand department come and he tell me with a big smile on his face the price is with 1700$ bigger because he don’t understand correctly. When he deliver the car, he supposed to give me the car with gas In it, but instead he give me 25$ to go myself to buy the gas, because the car has 15km to empty tank.....how is possible, I never her or see any dealer to deliver a car like this. Also I ask for the 2nd key for the car and his answer was: By the law I don’t have to give you the 2nd key. Be careful when you buy from NISSAN ST HYACINTHE there is a BIG scamming and non educated director. After holiday I will go to consumer protection and ask if by the law a dealer is ok to deliver a car with only 1 set of keys. They also ask for 500$ deposit and I read the other reviews and I see I’m not the only one the dealer FORGET to return the deposit. please read also the other buyers reviews and you will see how many times the buyers were unhappy with this Nissan dealer. And no one is doing anything ........they just DONT care. sorry for my English is not my 1st language.
