Scam! A person called Patrick confirmed the price for a 2014 Tiguan at $14785.00 due to they wrongly listes the price of this car as high performance instead of Comfort. We drove all the way from Montreal, Patrick was not there, we spoke to Eric, he talked to the owner of thoa dealership, he refused to offer the price that Patrick confirmed even we have the email confirmation. Instead, he offered only few hundred rebais which is over $2000.00 then Patrick confirmed. This is a fraud dealership! And i am not abusing the employee, it is not the employees problem, was the miscommunication between the emplyees and owner, and the owner refused to offer what the employee confirmed. And i have to emphasize that i was not abusing anyone because i didnt get what i want, it was the dealership refused to accept what their employee confirmed even we have the black and white conversation, they said the one who confirmed the price is not the salesman so they couldn't offer what was confirmed. Lastly, we wont come again to waste our time!

FRAUD DEALERSHIP AS THEY TOO $200 ON 22ND SEPTEMBER 2018 AS DEPOSIT WITH A PROMISE THAT THEY WOULD RETURN THE MONEY BACK IF I DONT PURCHASE THE CAR... UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT BOUGHT A CAR WITH THEM AND THEY STILL DID NOT PAY MY MONEY BACK... EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING INTEREST FOR THE AMOUNT.

Friendly staff. Always a good experience when I come here. The woman who was dealing with me was super nice and spoke English too, which I always appreciate.

An hour and a half for an oil change seems long to me. It's a new vehicle so as far as the inspection goes, there really isn't much to check.
