Very courteous and spoke to me in English when he realized that l was having some trouble expressing myself in French. As l was waiting for my car to be serviced, l took a look at the cars in the showroom and the sales personnel was very attentive and informative. I will definitely return.

WRONG & HIDDEN INFO!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!! We bought a Volkswagen Jetta 2015 Trendline+ from this dealer solely for UberX. Their Volkswagen inspection didn't have the DISC information for the breaks, Glove box's electronics didn't work either and said the vehicle is good to drive. But, when I did the Canadian Tire inspection, it said that the DISC was defective and my car was denied for UberX. When we reported the issue to the dealer, they denied the repair and claimed that it is not covered under 30 days warranty. I would highly NOT recommend this dealer to save your time and money.

Worst Service! Incomplete Information! Hidden Information! I bought VW Jetta 2015 Trendline+ just few days back (23 Nov 2018) for the purpose of UberX. The inspection report provided by them didn't have any information on Dics and when I inspected my car at Canadian Tire they said that all the discs are DEFECTIVE and the front pads. When I reached the sales person he said that this isn't covered under the 30 days warranty which comes with the dealer according to law. With these there are several other issues like the glove box light isn't working, the car was not properly washed before delivery and had to follow up a lot of times for the updates before the delivery, most of the time i called i was sent to voicemail.

I walked into this dealership with the intention of finding and buying a Golf R - I spent about twenty minutes there looking at the showroom model, then - having garnered the interest of no one, I wandering into the parking lot to see what they had in terms of Golf R's on the lot. Was I expecting someone to ask if I needed help? Yes I was! I get more attention in a shoe store than I got at this dealership despite never having paid close to $50,000 for a pair of shoes. Fortunately, there's another Volkswagen dealership in Laval which presumably makes an effort to sell cars.
