SO i purchased a 2017 Chevy Sonic from their sister dealership. It still has 5000 miles on warranty. I had a check engine code pop up and it could either be something related to my warranty or an 02 sensor which was not covered. I explained to them i needed to know if the issue i was experiencing was covered under warranty or not. I had $50 dollars on me until Friday. The diagnosis was going to be $100, they told me i couldn't pay later which i understood completely. They told me they could figure out if it were a warranty issue with the 30 min and $50 dollars. I said great! I come back later to pick up my car they explained they never went over the other issue to see if it was a warranty problem, but managed to tell me that the 02 sensor might be bad.... Which i already knew. So in short, i spent $50 dollars to have them tell me what i already knew, that it MIGHT be an 02 sensor. So this company just really wanted my last $50 dollars(could have brought $100 on friday). They could have tried to reschedule explained that they wouldn't have been able to identify the issue without more time and money. Then i get an e-mail asking me to let everyone know how satisfied i was. If screwing people over is what you guys are going for, then Bravo you are killing it.

For as long as I've been going there it has been exceptional service and this time was no different. They are always friendly and helpful. The work is done efficiently and in time. They diagnosed the major issues for my Ford years ago which led me to trade in for a GMC and have stayed since.

If customer service is important to you, shop elsewhere. They said they would contact my insurance company the next day for my vehicle, but took 12 days to do so, resulting in a lapse of insurance. Also have dragged their feet sending me the title, and some things I left in my trade in. The last part is on me, I forgot it, but since they already got my money, I haven’t been able to get one person of consequence on the phone. I have asked for my salesperson, repeatedly, over the last week. I have asked for any manager, repeatedly, over the last week. Every single time, they are all busy, but will call me “right back.” Still waiting on that call back. No matter how urgent I say the matter is, they do not care. They already sold me the vehicle. Update: as directed, I tried calling Evan, the marketing and relations director. He was unavailable, in a meeting. So I left a message. To no ones shock, I did not receive a callback. Once again, they already have my business, why should I expect a callback?

update: Due to the extremely poor service I have been receiving, in the form of complete disregard by my salesperson, or any manager willing to take my call, or call me back, I was instructed to call Evan Loschiavo, the Marketing and Relations Director. I tried him several times last week. I left messages with people at St J Auto. I left messages directly on his voicemail. Surprise Surprise, I have not heard back. All their comments are is lip service. If you have paid, they do not care to take your calls anymore. I spent 36k+, and cannot get a simple callback. Due to this, plus the consistent ball drop and ineffectiveness of the staff, I would recommend staying away from this place. Customer service is nowhere close to priority #1 for this group. Avoid.

Jesse was very patient and helpful, letting me test several vehicles until I found exactly what I wanted. Great service overall which led me to return to buy a second vehicle from him.
