Brian Surprenant at Merchants Auto is AMAZING!!! Highly recommended. He was able to work with me on very short notice. He is very informed. Any questions I asked he was able to answer or was able to get an answer fairly quickly. within less than 24 hour I was able to leave with a great car!! 5 STARS!!!

Skip Jackson at merchants auto is beyond amazing. He did so well with myself and my family for a car that was everything that i wanted and needed. He really took the entire day to work with me to make sure everything was taken care of and made my first time car buying experience so much better then i could have imagined. My wife and I were in the market for a used SUV before Christmas and we kept coming back to Merchants website. I set up an appointment with them for the day after Christmas and I am glad I did. We met our salesperson Edwin Vasquez and he was just great. He was very friendly and welcoming. He is the first auto salesperson I have met that actually listened to what we were looking for and how we had to fit the payments into our monthly budget. Within an hour, he found us the perfect SUV and we were test driving it. Edwin is the hardest working, quick thinking salesperson I have ever experienced. He is like the Energizer bunny, coming up with solutions all afternoon whenever the deal hit a glitch. Needless to say, we had bought our perfect SUV at Merchants in less than one afternoon. All thanks to Edwin and the rest of the staff. I am also a Navy veteran and they are the most veteran friendly business I have dealt with in NH. I was most impressed when we got there, they have parking spots right out front reserved for Military Veterans only. We live 55 miles north of Hooksett, but the trip was very much worth it. I not only recommend Merchants Auto, but also get Edwin Vasquez as your salesperson if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. You will not be sorry. You will have the easiest. most efficient, and most friendly car buying experience in the state. They will be our dealership for life.

I may have to take my truck somewhere else. I took my truck there for a oil change. When I left and come almost home all light came on. Turn out I almost lost a wheel do to the wheel bearing. There tech don't know how to check play I the wheel bearing. Look a my slip and front end was checked off good. This time same thing but I needed a sticker. I guess they needed more work because I now need lower ball joints. Funny one min front end is good next now needs ball joints. Bull. Time to find a new place to take my truck. Quick lube nothing quick about it.
