Everyone was friendly and attentive. We had our 9 month son with us and everyone was friendly too him even when he was upset. Great customer service when I called to check in as well. Overall great experience.

I have never been happier to find the perfect car for me. Josh Pepin was very knowledgeable with the three vehicles I test drove. He was very upfront and honest about everything. He made the stressful experience of buying a car a breeze. David K in finances was able to get me at a monthly price that I was happy with. I never felt pressured at this dealership. They allowed me to make my own decisions and I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you everyone!

Great dealership for all brand of cars extremely helpful and always try to fit your budget. No pressure sales people. Great deals on latest cars. Service department at reasonable prices so you don't have to go else where for your car maintenance

Great sales staff, especially Jose Coletta Jr! Exceptional customer service highly recommend the entire team. Also can't beat the oil change/car wash special!!

Avoid this place like the plague. We had our GMC Acadia sent over there from a local repair shop since we were told it would need to be sent there to clear the codes after it was fixed. Local guy ( who is great by the way) diagnosed it but left the codes so Imperial could see them. We get a call from them that it would be $5100 to repair it! We immediately called for a tow out of there ( New Years Eve). I called 4 hours later to make sure the car left their property and was told by the man that answered the phone in service that afternoon (12/31) that the keys weren’t there so the car is gone. TODAY I get a call from Chris that he is holding my car hostage until we pay $125 to diagnose the issue! Are you kidding me???? 1. The problem was diagnosed ( solenoid $1800) and 2. Why was I told the car was towed out of there 2 days before??? Scam artists. Also, don’t use their car wash. A month ago 2 cars in front of me was scratched so unbelievable from something stuck in the brushes!!!! I backed my Range Rover the heck out of there and will never return. BEWARE!!!! Owner only responds to positive reviews. As a business owner myself that is NOT how you do business. This review is also posted on Yelp, Facebook etc.
