I visited the parts department today. Bruce helped me identify the items needed for my car even though I was unable to tell him the correct name. He was pleasant throughout my visit. The entire department of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep at Reedman-Toll are great to deal with. The also have a great lounge if you decide to wait for your vehicle. I never mind when I have to go there.

Four stars for courtesy, four starts for knowledgeable representative who followed up that my truck was completed. That was a first for me usually you get sent to the advisor that handled your car. And for excepting me Into the dealership regardless that I purchased this truck prior to my move up from Tulsa Ok. They treated me like I purchased the truck from them and that says a lot about their commitment behind the products they sell. I'm going back, you should try them out, you'll be happy you did.

As a returning customer, I was happy with the deal I received and the ability to be in contact with my sales representative with any questions. The waiting times were on the long side and seemed very busy handling multiple customers at once. I also would have preferred a little more guided information on registration and the paperwork I was receiving. The staff was friendly and accommodating when concerns were voiced. Post sale I had a few follow-up concerns that I had to reach out a few times to get answers but were addressed.

Please be aware, the service department will tell you anything to get more money out of your packet, I took in my 2015 jeep wrangler Sahara for inspection, I dropped of my car at 2pm the guy at the front said it should be ready with in an hour and half, came back at 6pm and my car wasn't ready. waited for 45 minutes then I was told that my rear rotors need replacement and that will cost me $488, first of all I find it hard to believe that my rear rotors was bad and also crazy that they want $488 so I told them that I will take it somewhere else to get it done.when to another professional shop and the manager told me that my rotors was in excellent condition, nothing was wrong with them. point is if they tell you that something wrong with your car, please try to get second opinion unless you are 100% sure that they are right.

When I dropped my car of I used the kiosk to say that I needed the shuttle service, I waited over an hour and my name had not been called. When I went to the front desk the lady said "oh no that doesn't work you need to check in here" so she set me up but it was another 30 minutes before I got picked up. The communication about when my car was seen/would be seen was very sparse. I did not have an appointment but my car needed to be looked at so I had to wait it out. Towards the middle of the day on Monday I got a text saying it hadn't been dispatched yet. I called around 4 because I hadn't heard anything further and they told me no one had looked at it yet. On Tuesday I got a call that said my issue was not within the scope of my warranty because they were not the ones who did my most recent oil change, so I would have to pay for my defective oil cap out of pocket. My husband called and tried to get a better understanding as to why it was not covered, he even called Jeep directly but I had to pay for the repair on my own. They ordered the part and I was told that my car would be ready for Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I heard nothing about my car so I called in the late afternoon to see when it would be ready to be picked up. They said they were finishing up but wanted to keep it another day so they could test it out...sorry no I need my car to get to work. Let them know that and they said I could pick the car up in the evening. When I picked up my car I requested the part that they said was not covered under warranty. My husband works with lots of auto shops and he took the part around and all of the people he showed said that part is defective and I shouldn't have had to pay for it. I am currently working with Jeep directly in an effort to get them to reconsider the case. Per the manager I spoke with at Jeep, while they stand by the dealership, the dealership could have taken pictures of my part and submitted a case on my behalf...they did not so I am perusing that on my own.
