I bought a car from frank at Star Auto Mall and had the best experience I have ever had. I wasn’t able to get there until 30 minutes before closing and they stayed after hours to finish the deal and make sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied.What a great experience it was! Frank went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Thank You Frank

Star auto mall is an excellent dealership in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I highly recommend it for any one who's looking for a vehicle . frank was excellent, he was very patient with me and took his time to find me the right vehicle that fits my needs. Paul did a wonderful job with the finance getting me a great rate. the whole experience was an amazing. I had one of the best experience with Frank at Star Auto mall. The whole experience was an amazing. Frank had an Excellent knowledge of all vehicles, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs, And found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. the whole buying experience flowed smoothly. Frank even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked on my new vehicle and set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. This process was wonderful, and I spent a total of about 1 hour at the dealership. I will be definitely coming back for my future purchases. I would recommend Star Auto Mall to anyone whos looking for a vehicle. Thank you frank.

FRANK went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing A vehicle, He helped me get exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. he had Excellent knowledge of vehicles. I feel even more satisfied knowing that frank made sure I was in the right car for me. I was in an out in just under one hour, And that's a great service. I Would highly recommend frank to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Since This was my first time buying a car from a dealerships, I thought it was going to end up being a very stereotypical experience with the car salesman being very aggressive. And that was the case with all the other dealerships I went to, but that was definitely not the case here. FRANK was my salesman and he was incredibly helpful, friendly and so patient with me. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He provided the best experience I've had at a dealership yet! He made the whole process very hassle-free and really went out of his way to make me feel comfortable in the whole process. I would definitely recommend asking for frank. I wish every car dealerships had a frank, and I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases thanks to frank.
