Avoid this dealer at all costs! The service department is grossly incompetent. I had my car diagnosed at another garage but figured since it was an Audi, best to go to an Audi dealer. Bad move. I needed a crank seal, and oil pan gasket and a hose as per the first garage. That's it and nothing more! Audi St Bruno came up with the same diagnosis as the first garage. I can confirm the first garage even cleaned the engine to confirm the leaks. Little did I know what was in store for me at Audi St. Bruno. When the time came to do the repairs, they broke my injectors removing the intake. Carelessness! I called Audi Prestige and asked if this was normal. They said it was not, but I still had to buy a new set of injectors. When I went into to speak with the technician who worked on my car he showed me the broken injectors, and my old oil pan (which was in perfect condition) and he stated he put back my oil back in the engine. I complained that it was the seal and not the oil pan but he stated that was what he was ordered to do despite confirming the oil pan indeed looked perfectly fine. The adviser later told him that the oil required to be flushed but it was too late for the day. Within days the oil was leaking again and the whole job had to be redone but of course they did not reinstall my old oil pan nor credit me for an unnecessary part change. They also charged me for the new oil which should have been included with the flush which is required with an oil pan change. Of course thing only get worse, within a short period after that I got an engine misfire code. When that occurred I checked the oil immediately as I was able to pull into a Canadian Tire parking lot. The dipstick was bone dry. I had the car towed shortly after to a trusted Garage specializing in German cars. After a couple days of diagnosing the car, the result was a timing chain tensioner problem due to a chain jump caused by low oil pressure in turn causing a misfire and some chain chatter/noise. Beautiful! Once again avoid this dealer at all costs. Please note some of their positive reviews are given by their own employees. How convenient. Naturally after this disaster the management have done everything to try and sweep the issue under the rug. You have been warned.

Uninterested salesmans, i come with my amg and salesman has no idea what an amg is and treats me like nothing. Did not even write down my email as he was so uninterested. Cant even imagine after sales service. Avoid at all costs.
