Excellent experience with mercury. Incredibly knowledgeable mechanics, one of the best I've ever dealt with ... amazingly friendly staff while I waited. Couldn't of taken it to a better shop.

Phoned to make sure they had a part before I drove a hour. When I got there they didn’t have it like they said they did. Owner was very rude and was going to do me a favour by ordering it in. Drove to Regina and bought it like I should of done in the first place. Do your self a favour and avoid stopping in the dealership that looks like a old abandoned warehouse. What a embarrassment

I Ordered parts in providing them with the make, model and size of engine. I also Specified which of two manufacturer sizes I needed. The Wrong size was ordered in and when I went to return the parts I was charged the shipping and restocking fee, which ended up a third of the price of the parts. Don't order parts that have to be brought in, even if they Order the wrong part it still costs you!
