I drove all the way from Saskatoon to purchase a car from Regina Honda. They have lots of selection in their inventory and I had a great experience with the sales people and finance manager. The salesman was easy and honest to deal with, and I was able to get everything I wanted for a great price! They talked me through any additional warranties available for the car and there was no pressure to up-sell. I would absolutely buy another Honda at this dealership

After stopping at several dealerships, we emailed Regina Honda and started corresponding with Hailey Clark. She was able to answer all our questions and was great with accommodating our busy schedule. Without a doubt this was the best experience we've have had at a dealership and we will recommend Hailey Clark to anyone looking for an outstanding experience for their next vehicle

Amazing dealership that has taken care of me on more than 1 occasion. The customer really is the number 1 priority there.

I asked for oil change and told it is due for B service ($240). I was first reluctant about it because I did B service last winter and I have only drove approximately 5K this year. But then the lady told me B service include winter tire swap which is another service I would like to get done. So I said yes for B service. It end up I still got a charge for tire swap. Overall services and costs for today: 1. B Service - $245 2. Rim Tire Swap - $40 3. Battery checked - $60 4. replace rear brake pads - >100 5. brake system fluid exchange - >$100 6. transmission fluid - >100. I paid over $800 today. Looking back at the expenses I paid Regina Honda the last 8 years, the average annual fee is over $500 per year (not including tire swap as I used four season tires only until last winter). The car was purchased new and I had no major replacements or repairs (tires & rims are extra which I did not include in the $500), low mileage. The biggest replacement was probably air filter or brake pads. As someone knows nothing about car and just trust services recommended by professionals, I found that average $500 annual maintenance fee is VERY expensive. Anyone who consider to buy a Honda, put annual maintenance fees into consideration!

Sales staff is great and are very receptive to your needs. However, once you're in, good luck with the service department. - ALWAYS confirm what services you are in there for because they like to add on "recommended" items without your knowledge. - Expect to stand around like an idiot waiting for the service staff to even acknowledge you. Faces down on computer screens most of the time. - When you do get acknowledged, expect abrupt answers and no smiles, as though it's their time that's being wasted. - Expect your vehicle to be in the service center for the better part of the day, regardless of what you're in there for. 5/5 Sales 1/5 Service Dept. Currently looking at independent shops around the city.
