My wife and I arrived there at O'Brians in Regina.. We strolled though the parking lot looking at some SUV's and a car. No sale people came out to the parking lot. We walked inside and there was the sale desk one guy sitting there no greeting looked up for a second and carried. As for the other sales people one girl got up put her jacket on and sat back down. Not one of these sales people got up to greet us. I called the manager but was questioned as to why I needed the manager that runs the dealership as he was a very busy man. My point is.. The sales people acted like we could care a less. I can tell you I recommend that you do not purchase anything from O'Brians in Regina. Sales people seemed entitled and the customer go to them.. Wrong. I will not ever set foot in this dealership.. Ever..

They will probably block me from the page after this but I don’t care, Never would I wish my experience ive had as a customer on anyone. After the initial Gong Show right from the start and how long it took for them to get a vehicle for us ,I put my review up here twice and got asked to take it down when it seemed like they were going to work with me I took it down. But I’m not doing it again. $16,000 for a caravan with near bald front tires with huge cracks in them.(have pictures to prove ). Even with the pictures as proof they sent me to the initial person that inspected the vehicle before they sold it to us . Front tires are 3/32 and rears are 6/32. I merely asked them to give me tires that match the tread depth of the rear tires because the front tires were cracked and it’s unsafe to have different tread depth on different axles. I got told by Brad “I’m sorry they passed ,that’s where we stand sir “ . So in other words “ thank you for the $16.000 now go screw yourself . I mentioned a crack in the rear bumper as well but I gave up on that issue . I do thank them for finally ordering the front bumper they promised two weeks after we took delivery ,thumbs up for that . But everything else , if I could take it all back and go somewhere else , I would . They really don’t like to please the customer it seems .

As a new comer to Canada on a 2 years visa, financing a car seemed not an option. However, thanks to Steve I got approved and I was able to buy the car I like. Although the car was from a different dealership, Steve and the financing manager of that dealership made a deal to keep everyone happy. Thanks also to Camilo for his help.

Very poor service went to see about getting a new sub or car walked around the lot nobody came out to help went inside and not one person out of tue maybe 7 staff working there got up or even asked if they could help, all were on their phones or just sat there and never said a word. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Excellent selection, with FANTASTIC customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way to be helpful and help you find something catered to your overall needs. I only have positive things to say. :) - Taz.
