Excellent customer service...best car buying experience ever.

Very unpleasant experience at this dealership. They are quick to make a sale but virtually zero after sale service. Total run around in many ways. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Had a tire repair done (Nail hole) mid July on my 2017 QX60, Dropped car off and went running around for the day in the provided rental. We returned and picked up our vehicle later in the day. We Drove to Red Deer AB the next day, to find the tire was low again. Took Our QX60 to Nissan Red Deer (our Infiniti dealership is in Calgary) where we found out the tire was repaired with a temporary plug installed from the exterior of the tire, with no patch being placed on the inside of the tire. Called Regina Infiniti, and they have addressed their process, and refunded my cost of repair. Thanks for making this right!!

very nice car and sales, but very disappointed on the mechanics, brought g25 last year, noticed high pitch squeeze noise during morning start, send it to the shop they said ok, ask me to monitor, when I send to canadian tire, the mechanic said just belt need to be tight. I'm wondering how the mechanics to check the issue, may be they are not pay attention or they don't even care.

I have had nothing but top quality service with both the sales and service departments. I have nothing but praise for the exceptional service I recently received from Haley Hoop. She went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was well taken care of and that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank-you Haley.
