Very shady...I purchased a car and the same time a relative was shopping too. We both found vehicles but my relative needed a cosigner. I was supposed to be a cosigner on a loan and they put me as primary without my knowledge. They put our finance applications through to two separate financial companies and of course both were approved. However technically my income did not support two car loans. The loan manager, salesman and dealership knew exactly what would happen. So needless to say my credit is screwed and I can't do anything about it. Be very cautious!! They were part of the Delawri auto group, and when I emailed Delawri, I received no response. Thank you for your response. This happened a few years ago, I left this review a few years ago, I'm not sure why it is saying 2 months ago. Anyway, my incident happened at the 2nd Avenue location May 30, 2014. The salesman's name was Scott I think. To be honest I have tried really hard to forget the experience.

These guys don't deserve even 1 star. Sold me a different car than the one they showed me. Tires blew out a week after buying the car. The spare tire had a chunk of iron in it. They told me car had a clean record. Sgi stickers and vin review showed otherwise not to mention door panels didn't line up. They lost the keys to my car and told me they never had the car. But hey they managed to move it from one end of the lot to the other when they read the codes. And took them over a year to get my car booked in for warranty work. The work needing to be repaired was for a bad o2 sensor that appeared the same day. That place was absolutely terrible.
