Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my 15 hp Yamaha outboard in for winterizing. The only downside was the labour charge ($120) seemed excessive. Maybe that's the standard rate for an hour of shop time but changing the oil and spraying the cylinders is hardly high-tech.

Very informative staff, and pretty decent selection for Saskatchewan. Only downside is it's an awkward location, which makes it hard to get to.

I have just purchased my third sled from Reed Leisure and have had excellent experiences each time. Always straight up with me with no pressure, no hidden fees and quick financing. The service guys are great and they are the only local shop that I would trust to work on my stuff!

I was reading the mixed reviews on here and I can totally understand where the mixed reviews are coming from. I did not purchase my bike here but I like the idea of having a dealership local and have tried to support them. I have found the prices a little high on parts but have been buying oil and filters etc here. I went in on the weekend because I needed a new clutch cable. While the guy was looking up my cable on the computer another customer came in and he left in the middle of looking up my part to help the other customer. I thought this was rather rude, he did call someone else over to look up my cable. They quoted me $42 plus tax for the cable. I decided after my poor customer service to just order my cable online ($12 plus $10 shipping, delivered to my door). I will probably give this place one more chance but I totally see how some people are disappointed with this dealer. My next trip may be my last if the poor customer service continues. I understand that costs are higher for the convenience of a local shop, but the customer service needs to be good to keep me coming back

Got my bike serviced here, they guys were really nice and fixed all my problems. Wait time was not very long, and they have a very nice facility.
