Our experience with the sales department was remarkable. A good experience with Jennifer, indeed. The service department is another story. We purchased a low mileage pre-owned Flex. There were a few repairs that needed to be done before we would accept delivery. Some of the repairs were done, but not all. We returned the Flex to the service department. The Flex was left with the service department while we were away on vacation and delivery of the Vehicle was arranged with a friend, who brought it to our house where it was then parked in our garage. When we got back from vacation, we noticed damage to the vehicle parts where some of the work was done. After contacting the dealership with our concerns, we were told that 3 people in the service department checked the vehicle over and the damage must have occurred at our end. It would require us to pay for the repairs ourselves, although at a discounted rate. The whole experience with the service end of Centennial Ford has unfortunately left us with a bad impression and distrust. We’ll be taking our vehicle elsewhere for servicing and repairs.

Our salesperson was Jen Potter and we found she was very helpful during the purchase process. I found her honest and straightforward. It was a very positive experience. The price on my 2018 Lariat was very good compared to other dealerships I had checked and price was given without dealing back and forth. If you are buying a Ford give this dealership a chance.
