Will not bring my car here again. Booked my vehicle in for 10/10:30 as per Candice or whatever her name is. Arrived about 10 to be told it might not be done today. Even after being told when I booked it in that they would just look to see what parts were needed (backup camera failing) and would take a few hours. After explaining I needed my car back for an apt on the north side of town at 1:30, and saying I would wait for it to be checked, I was told "you didn't listen to what I told you yesterday" and "our garage is full so you have to wait in line". The attitude was not required at all, being told one day a couple of hours and a book in time then the next the excuses that I don't listen !! Extremely let down. This is no form of customer services at all. And a side note if you value your vehicle paintwork do not leave it with them. First time I came to pick my vehicle up after the backup camera wasn't fixed plus some recalls (3rd trip to two different dealership in two Provence's for the backup camera may I add) I found it parked inches off a pickup wedged at the back. Luckily no scratches or dents found. My vehicle is now booked in at the dealership on circle drive, walked in to book my vehicle in and was talked to with respect and understanding, and with assurance my vehicle will be in at 0800 Thursday and I am ok to wait while they check the issue.

I moved to Dodge City because I was following Jeff (salesman) from another dealership. Best thing I could have done. Wanted to stick with my guy and I ended up with a lot more. Aside from getting into the truck I needed, I was also put in touch with Tamara in Finance. She not only helped me with the trade and purchase, she cleared up some other issues and gave me some fantastic financial advice. Best dealership in the province.

Only place I trust to work on my baby. They are quick, polite, and treat me well. Had a warranty issue the day before leaving on a big trip and they got me in, fixed up, and on my way the very next morning so I wasn't delayed a bit!! That counts for a LOT with me. Recently had an accident and took it to Dodge City Collision. Fast. Well done. Detailed and cleaned. Excellent service and a Halloween chocolate bar to boot!

Went to Dodge City after totaling off our Journey. They were very understanding that had to finalize our claim with SGI. They held a Grand Caravan for us. They were very accommodating working with our budget. It was a great experience. We would like to send a big thanks to Phil our sale person. Blaine and Carla

I have had great advice and assistance in purchasing a new vehicle through Dodge City dealing with Phil Holmes A Court in a very professional manner. The vehicle was delivered as ordered in a reasonable timeline.
