I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Taylor and Rick went above and beyond for us. We bought a lovely little trailer here for a better price than what we could get in Alberta. However shortly after we left town, our vehicle broke down. They offered to let us stay on site until our vehicle was fixed. Rick filled up our water tank, hooked us up with power and told us to use the fire pit and barbecue if we wanted. We spent three nights on the site, no questions asked. I highly recommend this company. And they have an impressive selection of trailers and motorhomes!

I wish I could give negative stars because they deserve it, I can’t say enough bad about the service these idiots offer, it’s almost like they take a drive to a drug rehab center and take the pick of the worst to hire in their service center, never in my life have I been lied to so many times buy a such a reputable dealership. Absolutely pathetic the talent in this place, trailer has been in for warranty work over 3 months now and still isn’t finished, zero communication or honesty, not to mention the trailer supplier they get their stock from has pricing of over 75% less and they will deliver the the units right to your door step. If this review can save at least one person from jumping into a slew of horrible service in lies then I have done my part. Their license should be pulled and I will be dealing will the BBB as well as consumer protections over all my issues. Never again TRX RV never again!

Negative ratings for every aspect of this so called business. We purchased a 2018 5th wheel from them, and when we picked it up there was warranty concerns with this unit, they claim that they had notified the manufacturer, and we're awaiting parts and once they got the parts they would contact us to schedule an appointment. After waiting for that phone call for over 5 weeks, I contacted the manufacturer, and they knew nothing about warranty concerns with this unit. I ended up replacing the kitchen faucet myself. Every person in this business will lie and fabricate stories. None of their stories match, and each time you talk to them about a concern, regardless of whether you are talking to the same person or not, the story will change. Their service department is a joke for the entire RV industry, and the so called technician has no knowledge of trailers. I would not trust anyone connected to TRX RV, or Oakcentre RV. They will take your money, bend you over and then kick you to the curb. I am in the process of taking each of my concerns to the manufacturer of our trailer, the RVDA of Saskatchewan, the BBB and of course all my friends, and social media. From Tom (owner), Cam (sales manager), Kim (sales person), they will lie, and say anything to get your money. Take your money to a reputable RV dealership, this one is definitely giving all RV dealers a terrible name. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I just purchased a camper from here. I'm super happy with my experience. All the staff were extremely helpful with any questions I had and great to talk to. I'm very happy with my purchase and looking forward to getting out camping all summer long. I wouldn't recommend any where else to buy a camper.

We bought a used travel trailer here a few weeks ago, initially the service was decent. The sales rep we spoke with was polite enough and showed us multiple models. When it came to negotiating things started breaking down, there were the cliche BS tactics of wanting a down payment to show how serious we were (which I flatly declined). Then there was the checking with the manager, then because it was a consignment trailer they were only authorized to drop 500$ off the price, then it was 1000$ then 1500$ and finally I said the offer I made was all I was willing to pay. Then the manager came in and tried to get another 500$ saying it was so he could pay his salesman. We eventually settled on $2000 less than asked for initially with a request that I told no one what we paid and referred business their way. During the sale I specifically asked "does the trailer come with all hoses and hookups?" and was told it did. We were also told a number of times that trailer pickup needed to be scheduled so that their service department could clean it and go through to make sure all the items worked properly. Come pickup time which was a hassle to schedule, I find out there is only a sewer hose nothing else. I was told the trailer had been gone through and was camping ready for summer. Then when checking the systems the sewage fill light was on their staff looked me in the face and said it was just because the battery was low. Should have checked because when I got it home and went through more thouroughly I found there was a full tank of sewage and half a tank of grey water. I also found a ripped awning, a battery box with no battery hold down, nearly dead old battery propane tanks not properly secured, the breakaway cable was broken and the water system was still full of winterizing fluid. No one went through this trailer like they said, it was swept out and that's it. I have not had a chance to test the furnace or fridge yet, we'll see how that goes. We chose to buy at a dealership with the understanding that the price would be a bit higher but we would have at least some assurance that the product was sound. That was apparently not the case with TRX. Do not buy a trailer here we were blatantly lied to, they are not an honest dealer.
