Worst sales people in Saskatoon. Attitude toward the customer is terrible. Will never buy a vehicle from this place.

Was looking to buy qx60. The sales person attitude was unbelievable. I met him a day prior to check the car details and he did show me few things and when asked for quote he responded go to website and get going. None of the car dealers ever did this. Second visit with my wife (as I really liked the car), the guy wouldn’t even come to say hello, forget showing car. Very disappointing. Never at Infiniti Saskatoon again. Sorry to disturb you guys!

Absolute best service department! I have never walked in and had to wait, the services are the best prices I've ever had from a dealership. I usually sit and read when I'm waiting for services and I'm checked on many times asking if I need anything. The entire staff there is amazing and it it enough of an incentive to always buy Infinite after owning many other luxury vehicles before.

Love my car, but the service department is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They do the bare minimum and sometimes not even that. I bought the pre-paid maintenance, and I've been there often. Fluid levels are kept at the bare minimum, and they even "forget" to wash it. They needed to order a part, said it would be a week. 4 week later never heard from them. I called and it's been there for weeks. They pass the buck saying they are not sure who was supposed to call me to book it in. Premium car but subpar service department. I won't ever buy another Infiniti until there is another place I can take my car for service.
