Awesome, very curtious and understanding. They explained what might be the reason for my concerns and said to feel free to come back if it persists or I am not comfortable with there explanation. Thank you Gerald and your staff.

We have recently purchased a 2010 Rav4 from Frank Dunn Toyota. Considering we were from Regina and the dealer was located in PA, the whole transaction was conducted through phone and messages. Dianne in the sales helped us with the whole process and made it super smooth for us. Condition of the car and the work performed on it by the dealer was beyond our expectations. There were no hidden costs and all features of the car and financing options were explained to us in detail. Everyone is very professional at this dealership, along with pricing their cars right, they stand behind their cars and warranty. We will definitely be back in future at this dealership.

Haven't dealt with them much yet, but my first couple of experiences were great. I'll be coming back for sure. Friendly staff and not as expensive I thought they would be.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Frank Dunn Toyota! In particular, product advisor Scott Cournoyer really "jumped to the pump" in solving my Toyota related challenge within minutes. I'd strongly encourage others needing a new Toyota in the Prince Albert trading area to ask for Scott and give him an opportunity to get you into a new Toyota. Scott's an "old school", "customer is King", kind of guy! Its refreshing! Try him. You'll have a wonderful experience!!!😊👍

BEWARE!!! Service was fine until manager came in & said I needed a 2000.00 dollar repair; had ‘problem’ checked out with a trusted tire shop I’ve used my whole life & they said everything looked fine. I trust this dealership to change my oil & tires and that’s about it. Don’t be an ATM for them.
