I have never seen someone treat a customer so poorly before. Very disappointed in how they handled the situation. I highly recommend no one ever use this business.

Pines Power Sports Prince Albert and Melfort provide terrible customer service and are unbelievably disrespectful, make false promises, fail to fix problems, and require continuous check-ups and reminders in order to do their job.  I took my sled in to get adjusted by SGI in January 2018, they diagnosed the problem, and I paid my deductible to Pines Power Sports in Melfort as they were hired to fix my sled. After several weeks had gone by, I called to see what the status of my sled was; I was informed that my sled was going to be fixed soon and was told the same story several times in the following weeks to come. In August, I found out that my claim to SGI was closed and I am not sure why because my sled had not been fixed. I resubmitted my claim in August, and Pines Prince Albert and Melfort told me that they could not fix my sled until they received their cheque from SGI. They received the cheque from SGI at the end of October, and it is now December 10, 2018, and I have picked my sled up today. When I picked my sled up the sled was incomplete as the hood was not put on properly, the intake screens were not put in properly, I was informed the clutches would be $160 to clean but was charged $240. While inspecting the clutches, I found that there was still rubber on the primary clutch and when I saw the rubber I also noticed that the airbox tube was disconnected. When I questioned the owner, Dean, as to whether or not he test drove the sled, he was unsure and proceeded to tell me that they did not have the hood off, so the airbox tube was not disconnected yet, the hood had to of been opened as they put in a new steering stem. On top of all that, my sled is now sun-faded because it sat outside for nearly a year.

Horrible service and a horrible experience. Racially Intolerant, and charged me a 70% mark up on labor.. Anywhere but here is good.

Pines Service In Prince Albert are a rip off. My husband took in his ski doo for it to be diagnosed & and they asked for $500 down. After the diagnostic was done he calls and says that it will cost $5300 for parts and labor. He asked for another $2000 down before he can start. I called and told him that we would be taking the skidoo back as we found another place where it would save us $2000. He then said he would be taking the $500 for storing the skidoo in his lot for $5 a day, for diagnostics and for admin fees just to write the bill of sale. On top of all that it was the owner DEAN we talked to who was being ignorant and rude. We bought that skidoo from them a few years ago which wasn’t cheap and won’t be getting our service again.

Thanks PINES Power Sports Marine Prince Albert Saskatchewan. We purchased the SeaDoo Sparks 3-Up - first Seadoo ever. Purchase a 570 Outlander Quad and the service and experience was the best we have ever had. From helping with finding the best product for our young family to walking us through the care and Maintenance - THANK YOU!!! We will be back hopefully for our next purchase - a Skidoo. Thanks Justin and Team for taking good care of us. Tim, Angela, Rebekah, Alandra Yeaman
