I’ve recently discovered that we got completely ripped off by the finance guy Trent!! He told us that we HAD to purchase all these extra warranties and insurances on our trailer or we would not be approved by the bank! ACTUALLY!!! This is one of the biggest scams these people do!!!! He convinced us of this because we did have a higher debt service ratio at the time and he was a good talker... obviously part of his job. We thought we could trust him because my boyfriend was working there at the time. I was recently told by another finance manager at a different business that it is actually illegal to do that as it is a complete LIE!!! The bank would never want to add extra debt to a loan if you are already tight!! I will be pursuing this matter with Consumer Protection of Saskatchewan!!!! Don’t ever buy anything here they will try they’re very best to completely screw you!!!!

Worst customer service by Dwight in the front, I was there to pick up a RV with a friend. For the record it wasn't mine and had nothing in this fight. This is all my opinion and was warned by Dwight that if we miss interpreted the information his lawyers would be contacting us. Yes it went that far!! So as far as I know they charged my friend, $1200ish to remove a seized A/C pump and two belt tensioned. Let's break that down 4 bolts a wire and two fixed lines to remove the A/C pump and two nuts to remove the tensioners... price per fastener is over $100 each... ouch... when we tried to discuss the cost with Dwight he got very very aggressive with us basically saying we have no idea!!! There was no reasoning to the fact they had a apprentice working on the RV and I fully understand we all have to learn sometime... I fear for this business if Dwight deals with customers daily, everyone else seemed very nice, the mechanics in the back were great guys! Dwight quoted 5 hours to reassemble the RV, three of us, one of us being a journeyman, had it together and running in about an hour.. I hope this helps correct the wrong doings here!

Best RV buying experience ever. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Thank you Tammy, Trent and Steve for having so much patience with us.
