I was away from home for about half a year, and I was set on getting a new vehicle. I went to the midway auto outlet in Kearney, and Hailey greeted me outside! I told her what I was looking for and what my price was! I was looking for a newer truck, the first truck she showed me was the one I picked! She showed me around the truck, told me about the safety features, and we took it for a test drive! I really enjoyed it! So we came back and signed the papers, later we talked to Dave, in financial, and figured out a plan! Both Hailey and Dave were super friendly and patient and I haven’t bought a vehicle with such confidence! Thanks a lot!! Great vehicles, great company, great employees!

Was in a few weeks ago just shopping around and Hailey was able to show me all my options, go into depth why each vehicle was great, and treated us very nice. She took us out on a couple test drives and informed me on all the little extras you get and all the safety features of each vehicle. Well done with your new sales woman, midway!

They sold the car I was in the process of buying out from under me. We had most of the paperwork done we just had a couple things that we had to get from them and they had informed they were still working on the car. Well the day we were supposed to go up there and get it finished and get our car they call and tell us they had sold it. They sold it the same day I was supposed to go get it. I’m furious that I wasted so much time and effort for nothing. My services will be taken else where from now on.

I bought 2014 Ford Escape a few months ago. The next day I had to jump start it. The salesman wound up coming to get it which was nice, but when it was returned I was told they put a brand new battery in it so I shouldn't have any more problems. I decided to take a look after they left and saw it was the same old battery. I wasn't too happy being lied to. At this point I still had to take it back in because they needed to replace the hazard switch. I was asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. I explained what happened with the battery, as well as the issue I was having with the drivers seat belt (won't go up must of the time and just hangs). The Manager apologized for the battery and said the sales rep misspoke, and that the battery was still fine (even though I've had to jump it 3 times now). He said they would get the new hazard switch put in and take a look at resolving the issue with the seat belt. When I went in to pick it up the service manager informed me that it was a Ford and that's how Ford seat belts are. I told him I've owned 5 Fords previously and that I'd never had a problem before. He wasn't having any of it and made it clear he felt there was no issue and they wouldn't be fixing anything. Not very happy with my purchase from Midway.

Midway Auto Outlet! Detailed my car and it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much, sorry it was so filthy. It looks brand new and makes me feel like a queen. From headliner to my wheels, and the stains all gone. It is awesome. Thank you so much.
