Worst service experience ever. We got our truck in for an engine replacement on Oct.15th. We got a call from them on Nov.26th saying our truck is done and ready to pick up. We went there on Nov.28th and when we got to town we got a other call from them telling us that the truck has a leak on the engine and they are not able to fix it because they don't have a $2 part on the hand. So we take a day off and traveled 3 hours back and forth for nothing. Next try happened on Dec.4th. They didn't even bother to let us know that we can come to pick our truck up. We called in and the truck was done and ready to go. Big mistake to believe in it!!! Our bill was $2,500 more than was previous agreement. Again nobody bothered to let us know about this change in advance. We left the shop, walked to truck, started up and engine light went off?!?! Really? Also the other dash lights went off. So back to shop AGAIN!!! After waiting for an hour we got notice it's going take a five minutes to fix the problem... After other hour of waiting it turns out that the truck is not going to be done!!! So here is a other day off the work and traveling and waiting for nothing. Seriously thinking about making a bill to these "professionals". Really wondering what is going to happen next.
