Dellenbach motors has been awesome so far. I bought a used 2014 volt from them. It had 2 small problems they they fixed for me before I purchased. Max was my salesman and he was awesome. Very nice and informative and even after i purchased he has kept in contact! Recommend this dealership!

Let me first say that my wife and I have purchased several vehicles (when I say several I mean probably 80+) from many different dealerships, we know how new/used car dealers are. My first buying experience (2017)with Dellenbach was excellent. I felt as tho they treated me fair and although it took sometime spent at the dealership, I left a happy customer (Steve Dellenbach was great). This last time (8/23/18) was a totally different story...I drove over an hour with my 8 month old child (I live out of state) to test drive one of their used vehicles and potentially trade mine in. I left feeling absolutely insulted! (Steve Dellenbach was not there) (the other Steve/used car guy was) I understand that they have to make $ but give me a break! Arden (whom I had dealt with the first time) made it clear (in my mind) that they didn’t really need a “repeat” customer. He said he had a lot of “repeats” but made no attempt to help me out. I also understand the whole “trade in” thing and was prepared to purchase their vehicle outright, but Arden and the other Steve low balled me so bad and upset me so much that I just left. The whole experience was awful. I left with the feeling like they didn’t need my business nor did they want it. It sure seems like They view their customers as numbers not people. I would seriously look elsewhere if considering a vehicle purchase but if you absolutely insist on buying from them go talk with Steve Dellenbach I’m confident he would at least treat you right.

First off I don’t review. But when I do review it’s one or five stars, there’s no in between. I called to make an appointment to have my vehicles damage assessed (takes 30 minutes) and upon requesting the appointment time I prematurely asked if they accepted a certain insurance company, which they did. I showed up on time. Waited in line to have the body department tell me they don’t deal directly with the insurance company and that they cannot do the estimate... Why couldn’t the last person tell me the same information? Lack of knowledge! You have ONE job. And they’ve failed to accomplish the minimum. It’s starts at the top and trickles downhill. Also, before I left the office the parts consultant notified me that “they lost a body tech” and that “we’re not scheduling body repairs till the end of December”. Need I say anything more? Let’s wrap his up with an old friend. My buddy currently own a 2011 Subaru. Bought it used with less than 20,000 miles at the Dellenbach dealership in Fort Collins. The check engine light came on 2 weeks after he had purchased the vehicle. Of course Dellenbach respectively “tried” to fix the problem. The check engine light is still on and between the 10 visits he has had to make to the dealership, the problem is still ongoing. This was 3 months ago... Like I said. It starts at the top and falls downhill. If your subordinates can’t accomplish the simple tasks, what makes you think Dellenbach delegates from the top? Don’t bring/buy a vehicle from Dellenbach. Fix yourself!

Best car buying experience ever! Chris Dellenbach and Jordan Dellenbach took great care of me. Everyone from the owner Steve to the sales manager Steve Pendleton to all the sales people were amazing, kind knowledgeable, and friendly. They just wanted to help me find the right vehicle. I was able to take an extended test drive and even though I wanted to buy a Ford in the beginning I fell in love with the Chevy Silverado. This in my opinion is the best dealership in the state and I will buy all my vehicles from here in the future. Not only did they beat the Ford dealerships numbers in town by nearly $6500 but they were honest, kind and didn’t hold my keys (to my trade in) hostage like the ford dealership did. I’ve probably purchased somewhere near 15 vehicles and 3 ford trucks in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The numbers were fair, honest and easy to understand. Everybody at Dellenbach was helpful and professional.
