John was incredible. I don't recall Ever having such a non stressful buying experience. He is honest, makes you feel comfortable, and no pressure felt. He even hung out and waited for my husband and I to return and pick up the car I drove their in. See John, that simple. Thanks John, Lily

Both Joel and Ben were amazing. Excellent customer service. Truly honest and professional. I had a budget and they made it happened. I’ve had a couple unpleasant experiences buying in Las Vegas. If you want some of the best customer service out there, I recommend making the drive. Definitely worth it.

I had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by two of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. This was my first time buying a car on my own. “No man there to help me get the best deal I could.” Something I’ve heard my entire life. I was a little nervous but determined. Bruce Haring blew away every misconception of pushy salesmen. He was wonderful to work with. I enjoyed the experience very much. Sean Langhorst deserves my unwavering gratitude though. He worked tirelessly for 3 days to get me the very best, lowest loan he could. I was already approved so he really didn’t have to. Thank you Sean! Everyone was so nice there, I would definitely buy another car there and refer any friends or family.

Hour and a half wait for oil change... No problem. Confused me with another customer because the last name started with a G. Problem...Said I didn't have to pay because they thought I had a VIP account...called them back to straighten it out and pay for the service...No apology, no nothing... Problem. Cost me $51 for an oil change that took 1.5 hours, and I had to rewash my vehicle, but at least they left a rag inside that I was able to use. 1st time and last time customer.
