The will try to sell you the car for a higher price than their own ad. They did not disclose to me that it has been in an accident until I handed them my cash. Stay away

Minus 1 star! Not a great experience. Had the audacity to charge the down pament then deny my son the car loan n tell me i will get reimbursed via check by mail which will take days or go pick it up tomorrow.....their reimbursing should be as quick as they take the cash out 😠

I will start of my review by saying thank you to Allen k., Armen, Ryan and Lon They are gentleman’s gentleman they have stood behind their word 100% they are very honest very truthful speaking people I’ve never experienced at any other dealership I understand the dealer need remodeling but they don’t need to change their employees. I will always go back to them to purchase a car or truck thank you again to Karplus Karplus employees and management.

Very unprofessional car salesmen, the location is not clean and the kids play area looks like they can get a disease. The salesmen tell you a car is perfect with no physical damage just to get you to go to their small dealership and once you're there you see that the car's are not what they told you. They give you a price over the phone, after they told you the cars are perfect and when you see that they are not they don't even want to work with you for not telling you the truth. Would definitely not recommend this car dealership to anyone.

PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Karplus only cares about selling. They change the price and they offer NO warranty at all! Here is my story: 1. I made an appointment to see a truck, drove two hours, and the car was not available (sensor's problems). Disrespectful. 2. When I finally drove it, it felt very sluggish, so I picked another truck which seemed fine. 3. I explained the Salesman that I was going to pay in whole with a bank check (I didn't need to take the truck with me, I could wait until the check cleared). I have bought 3 cars this way without a problem before, he said it was fine. 4. I had to FIGHT to receive the online price (which is only for cash purchases). The real 'out the door' price was +$1200 +10% tax/fees. The $1200 is for an anti-theft GPS program that retails for $550. 5. The manager rejected my check and demanded complete payment by cash or cashiers check within 24-48 hours. 6. The truck that they sold me CANNOT be insured on a personal insurance. Salesman had asked me if I had a business and I said NO, I had no idea that this truck need a commercial insurance policy. 7. I took the truck to my local Ford dealership, and the oil had 5% life left on it! 5% life left! The dealer only cares about churning cars. A GOOD dealership doesn't need advertising it thrives on word of mouth.
