This is an awesome dealership. I had a wore out, beat up PT Cruiser and took it in for repairs. Little did I know, the timing belt was broke, and it would cost me $1500 to fix. Thankfully, Fabian, a nice young gentleman at the front service desk for the repair shop, left a voicemail, emailed me, and texted me information pertaining to the repairs, and let me decide whether to continue forward with repairs. I didn't have the money to fix the car at that time, so Fabian worked out a deal with me and let me spend a week trying to gather the dough to pay for the work, all while stowing the car at the dealership in the back lot for no charge! Thanks to Fabian's patience and his great service, I was able to leave the lot with my car, paying just a small inspection fee. He even offered to hook me up with a good sales rep at the dealership named Tyler Price. I fielded the options with Tyler, who was really friendly and personable. Over the next few days, Tyler sent me updates via text, answered all my questions(even when it was after hours, he was sick, and it was his day off!) Though I didn't wind up buying from Russel Westbrook Chrysler, I'd recommend anyone looking to fix their Jeep, Dodge, Ram, or Chrysler to go to this location, even if it's a little out of the way for you, because the service is THAT good! 5/5 stars, would visit again.
