Went to get our rental that was way back in lot and someone was in the car. When we came back in the woman didn't even say anything and was kinda grumpy about finding us another car. Price was great with the Chrysler discount but after the bumpy flight because of weather her attitude wasn't necessary. Other than thumbs up! Great shuttle and driver too!

Pickup and drop off at this Budget was very easy and seamless. At check in there were 4 people ahead of us and we were with someone in less than 10 min which I find acceptable, considering all the details they have to explain before getting the rental. Check out was even easier and took less than 5 min!! Would recommend and use again.

Best price we could fine. Clean, new vehicle. Friendly, helpful staff. Super easy return. The only draw back was that it took a while for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to go to the rental area when we first arrived. It seemed like every other company had one or two shuttles come and go before Budget had one. However, the shuttle was waiting for us to take us to the airport when we returned the car. Maybe just bad timing when we got there and good timing when we brought it back?

Easy to take Bus Shuttle to rental location. Easy to identify shuttle and didn't have to wait long. Was upsold on an all wheel drive vehicle but turned out I needed it due to the weather (10 inches in 24 hours). The car was easy to find in the lot. The car did smell of pot but this is Denver after all. The side mirror was turned in which I didn't notice until I was already driving (be sure to check and adjust all your mirrors!). I was able to figure out how to turn on all wheel drive thanks to the operators manual in the glove box. It was easy to return the vehicle. Just follow the signs as you drive back to the airport. Drive over the spikes to enter the lot (just don't back up after going over them, they are they to prevent theft). Follow the directions to the drop off the vehicle. You can wait in your car or wait outside and someone will come up and inspect the vehicle and print you a receipt. You leave the keys in the car. The shuttle is next to the drop off. We only had to wait 5 minutes for a shuttle. The shuttle will drop you off at either West or East Terminal depending on your airline. You can find which terminal as you are driving into the airport. Even if you miss your terminal you can always walk/train ride in the airport to the correct terminal.

I returned the car before required time with a FULL tank of gas. When the gentleman checked me in he handed me a receipt for $20.12 over the rental agreement price. I spoke with the young lady at the customer service booth on site who stated that any car driven less than 70 miles automatically gets a refueling charge and she would take care of it since the car was obviously full. Unfortunately while we were talking the power to that section of the airport went down along with the servers for Budget's computers. The young lady said she would take care of it as soon as the computer came back up. My UBER ride was there and I could not wait. When checking my card statement I noticed the higher amount was still on there so I contacted Budget customer service. Andy told me that I would need to provide either the gas receipt or the credit card statement to show I had refueled the car prior to returning. Since it only cost approximately $6 to refuel I had paid cash and did not know I would need a receipt to prove filling the tank since I was returning it during business hours. I was then told I would not be getting a credit for the $20. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUDGET TO ANYONE. GO TO ONE OF THEIR COMPETITORS. Just remember Budget, Avis, Payless, and Apex are all owned by the same company so shop elsewhere. For their error and $20 they have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to tell as many people as I can NOT to utilize their services.
