The woman who checked us out of the lot and into the lot was so positive and friendly. She made our day! Her name is Veronica! The vehicle was clean and staff helpful and friendly!

I wouldn't rent from Budget ever again--they charged me for insurance they never asked if I wanted. Now over a week after returning the car Budget calls and asks when am I returning my rental car. Have never had such a terrible rental experience.

Read the reviews after I had already booked and just figured I would hope for the best. Not a bad experience at all and my vehicle was pretty nice for Budget. I would definitely use them again.

Beware of “free” upgrade I’m a frequent renter at this airport having used Enterprise and Alamo many times. Both provided exceptional and accurate service. As expensive as traveling over Christmas can be we chose Budget. Upon trying to pick on our rental, the agent (Brooke) told us we received a free upgrade by booking through Costco. When I returned the car we were hit with a 8$/ day upgrade fee for upgrading.... ladies at the front desk were nice and did what they could but couldn’t completely take away our $130 “free” upgrade fee. Car was new but not well maintained with very bald rear tires.

These folks did a great job. The staff read super cool and provided a great experience. The vehicle was almost brand new and served or group of for beautifully. Easy check and return and a nice upgrade over what I had originally booked. Budget is now my go-to agency. The service and great staff here and in Sacramento are beyond compare with other experiences. Great job Budget!
