Worst customer service ever!!!!!! At pick up nobody was there, not at the Budget or the Avis counter! I had my 10 month old baby with me and had to deal with car seat, base and bags by myself. No help from the guy at all. At return I parked just outside and was hoping they would help me with the baby and park their car themselves. It was freezing cold outside. At the counter I was told that this is not her problem, I have to return the car to the other side of the parking lot and drag my baby, seat and luggage across the hole lot! I flipped after that stupid comment!! This time it was a woman and instead of getting some help I got a rude comment and she said its my problem and that she can't leave the counter. But to control the car - on the other side of the lot - she could leaf!! My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and is prune to ear infections so I try to avoid any exposures to wind and weather. We were in GP for doctor appointments. Will never use Avis or Budget ever again and I will post my story as much as possible! I hoped for some help and in the end even paid 50$ more than promised online! I was also told not their problem!

Rented a vehicle from this location and was given a vehicle that was not clean but I was not really concerned so went about my day. I returned the vehicle and cleaned it inside and out at same time checking it over for any damage (there was none from what I could see). I returned the vehicle via the key drop. I didn’t hear anything from for months so assumed everything was good. It has been 5 months now and just received an invoice for damages. No one called me to explain, and I have been trying for a week to get a hold of the claims manager and have not received a call back explaining the charges. Frustrated!! I will be going back to Enterprise for my next work trip to GP.

Worst customer service, waited 30 min at the counter after landing , no one was there. Other rental counters had 2 people serving customers. I had to call and request someone to hand over keys. Even returning the vehicle, no one was at the reception, I called them they said they will be here in 30min, waited an hour. Worst service ever , not going to rent from this location again.
