Horrible service Rented a truck they told us we can keep it for extra days if we wanted but when we called to let them know we needed the truck for an extra day, they told us it was not possible because someone else had reserved it and if we did not return it the next morning we will be charged 50 dollars an hour. They denied ever telling us we could keep it as long as we needed it. We always rented from uhaul but never again. My recommendation rent a truck somewhere else.

I went online to find the phone number to rent a truck and instead their website says you can reserve online. So I reserve a truck three weeks in advance and today, the night before we move in, I call to confirm and instead im told that the reservation is subject to availability. That they will not only not have the truck I ordered, but will not have any other trucks available. This has cost me money, time, and stressed out everyone involved. 0/10, will never use again
