- There is absolutely no point in making an appointment. They will make you wait hours. - If you care for your car, avoid bring it with them. They will drive it from the parking lot to the center in the worse possible way. - The staff would yell at each other in front of customers as a result of the lack of organization. - More than 2 hours to change the tires and treat you like they are doing you a favor.

:Woke up early on the weekend, got there 1.5 hours before it opened, just to Get in for the tire repair and rebalancing after installing a set of brand new tires at this location in less than one week ago. The shop service forgot to put tire repair on the invoice this time. Had to come in On the third time on the next available service time for the repair, which could be weeks later. now, tell me how many tire center visits I have to go before I can get a set of new tires installed on my car, balances and/or repaired at this location. It is my third set of Costco tires, and That was not what I remembered or expected Costco as a tire center service provider. Fix this disappointed customer before it is too late. Revised review: they honered their tire warranty on my last visit. Just a friendly reminder for everyone: if you have a damaged tire( punctured, torn, etc.), do not attempt to repair it. It will void the warranty. Four stars.

Brad was very helpful with everything and helped with all my questions. The service here is fantastic.

They will not answer any phone. They made a mess for my car to find a spare tire and did not put the things back when searching for it. My car was lile robbed. Once they replaced the tire, they did not inflate to the required pressure.

They just won't answer the phone. Try calling ten times and you'll be answered maybe twice. Having to call so many times or drop in just to make a rotation appointment is extremely annoying. Whenever I do drop by in person though, I notice they don't get that many calls to handle, so there's no excuse. Clearly understaffed if not careless.
