When we arrived to pick up the car we rented through an online site, we were told that the car we wanted wasn’t available (even though I could see it in the lot). My husband came out to tell me (after telling them he wasn’t sure if we wanted to rent after all) and I started looking online at the car they said they had available. When he went back in, magically, the car we wanted was available. I know it is because we rented through an online discount site and they knew they could rent it for more to someone else. Don’t have offers on those sites if you don’t want to honor them. The customer service was atrocious. Half of the staff was outside skateboarding instead of helping customers. I’ll drive 20 min out of my way before i rent from this location again.

Horrible customer service. Car had scratches and dings and "service engine" light was on. Would NOT switch out cars and forcing to pay for an upgrade. Making us drive to the airport for another car. Would rather be on their phone then work.

The people working at this particular location are super nice. After my horrible same day experience with Alamo car rental at the airport, they made something happen for me to get a vehicle big enough for me and my family. The staff at this location and corporate really went out of their way and did me a favor to make sure we were able to make it to my sister inlaws wedding!

Zero stars if I could. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Would rather be on their phones then helping customers.

They’ve moved across the lot! Now at 369 Stoneridge on the corner. The lady at the desk actually called me ahead of time to tell me they moved their store. Had a good experience with my 16 ft truck. No problems.
