Halie Haskins, Management Assistant, was extremely efficient and helpful in resolving a significant tire issue with our Alamo rental. Her passionate, intense, and persistent advocacy for our safety and customer rights gave us a sense of relief and assurance! Halie you are awesome!

Quick and easy once u get someone on the phone which I've found w this location can take all day. Wound up taking a cab to get my car bc after 3 hours of trying couldn't get a person on the phone to arrange pick up. They did however refund my cab fare. Once at location I was in and out in no time w a Great car. Wound up extending rental and returning after hours. My only suggestion for this location is get a few more people to answer phones.

We rented a vehicle in PA, but on our way to Bar Harbor we picked up a roofing nail in our rear tire. The nail was in the sidewall and I knew the tire would have to be replaced. We pulled into the Thomaston, ME Enterprise office and a rep by the name of John (Sorry I didn't get his last name) took care of us right away. He sent us over to the Tire Kingdom in Rockland ME and they replaced the tire right away! We were on our way again in only half a hour. Fantastic and friendly service all the way around. Charles W.

Waited out in the cold for someone to show up. Six other people waiting around and all were very pissed.
