Caution : I read the reviews, 90% say to run the other way, I wished I took the advice, the burly curly brown hair lady, completely took advantage of me, they lied , They charge my insurance company and charge my credit card, I filled the gas, they charge me for it, they never have cars, I’ll never rent from Hertz again, and I hope that I can save other future renters some hard ache,, run the other way ,It’s a big Con..When you try to call the 800-number, they say the computers are down, they will never credit your card,,A horrible experience, the cars are clean, I found cigarette butts on the floor, stay away....

So much for a “reservation”. I showed up at my allotted time, and they had no cars at all. Two cars were returned while I was there, but one needed an oil change and she would not give it to me.. and the other was a subcompact. I needed something of at least a mid-size. Obviously that wasn’t going to work. I was in a rush and I didn’t have time to mess around with this, so I told her to cancel the reservation and I called enterprise who had no problem filling my needs.

My experience renting with this Hertz was amazing this week. Not only was I given a great car, but the customer service was perfect. When returning the car on Monday the area was under a torrential downpour, I was walking in the car in the Hertz car lot for the rain to subside. To my surprise, Ann was at the car with an umbrella to save me from getting soaked. I always use this Hertz when in the area.

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up the Rental car when I walked in I was told there was no cars available. I would have appreciated a phone call or an email with this information so I can rent somewhere else. I had made the reservations a few days before pickup date. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don’t want to say they lied to me to charge me a full week, but that’s exactly what it looks like. I was told I would receive a refund if I brought the car back early, and then the front desk woman told me that she made a mistake and didn’t realize I had already paid. Then I couldn’t get the car back. Ridiculous. Also, they only play country music in the reception and that’s awful.
