I had a great rental experience and would happily recommend this National location to anyone. It was the most efficient rental pickup I've ever had. I was in and out in minutes. Amanda and her team were particularly helpful when I had problems with my corporate rental agreement afterwards. Kudos to this team. I'll be booking with them if I'm ever in Fort St. John again.

National could not rent me a vehicle on May 30th 2016 in St. John's, even though I had a reservation. They were nice enough to ask Budget to rent me a car and National promised to reimburse the difference. After providing my email and mailing addresses twice, I'm still waiting for a reply from them.
