I have had to rent cars from them, through work, for years. We have always had a positive experience with the Pleasant Ridge Cincinnati location. This last time, i think it was Addison, really helped me out. She was very pleasant and efficient at her job.

The car itself drove fine, but I haven't gotten a clean car from enterprise in months and months. I really don't care about the outside, except for the windows, so running it through a car wash doesn't help much. When the inside is dirty, it's gross! I always use hand wipes to clean all surfaces and it usually takes 2 or 3. Sometimes, the steering wheel alone makes the wipe black!!! This car though, even after wiped, had a disgusting smell air fresheners wouldn't cover. It smelled of urine! I pointed out the stained and spotted seats to the clerk when I got it, but hoped it wasn't anything toxic. I tried using wipes on the seat but the spots were still there. It took me a few minutes to really figure out what that smell was. Phew. It was worse when not moving. I don't know where the urine was, and I wasn't going to put my face by the seats or floor, but it was awful! When I returned the car, the clerk was very apologetic and took 2 days off my rental, but after I got home, I noticed he added $29 in some fees. I was not happy about that. I brought the car back early and with more gas than needed but was charged more fees.

This centrally located branch is one of the best in the business. Friendly, professional staff that provide quality service. Thank you for taking care of me on short notice!

Love the help that they try to do to ease the stress of renting a vehicle. Very reasonable and helpful

I rented and had a good experience. But when I rented again a week later I was confirmed. When I called to be picked up I was told that I was on a waiting list and he could not tell me when I could get a car. I was forced to Uber to get back home. I never heard again from Enterprise. Not a good result. Poor customer service.
