I have had to rent cars from them, through work, for years. We have always had a positive experience with the Pleasant Ridge Cincinnati location. This last time, i think it was Addison, really helped me out. She was very pleasant and efficient at her job.

The car itself drove fine, but I haven't gotten a clean car from enterprise in months and months. I really don't care about the outside, except for the windows, so running it through a car wash doesn't help much. When the inside is dirty, it's gross! I always use hand wipes to clean all surfaces and it usually takes 2 or 3. Sometimes, the steering wheel alone makes the wipe black!!! This car though, even after wiped, had a disgusting smell air fresheners wouldn't cover. It smelled of urine! I pointed out the stained and spotted seats to the clerk when I got it, but hoped it wasn't anything toxic. I tried using wipes on the seat but the spots were still there. It took me a few minutes to really figure out what that smell was. Phew. It was worse when not moving. I don't know where the urine was, and I wasn't going to put my face by the seats or floor, but it was awful! When I returned the car, the clerk was very apologetic and took 2 days off my rental, but after I got home, I noticed he added $29 in some fees. I was not happy about that. I brought the car back early and with more gas than needed but was charged more fees.

Love the help that they try to do to ease the stress of renting a vehicle. Very reasonable and helpful

I rented and had a good experience. But when I rented again a week later I was confirmed. When I called to be picked up I was told that I was on a waiting list and he could not tell me when I could get a car. I was forced to Uber to get back home. I never heard again from Enterprise. Not a good result. Poor customer service.
