Awful. My car is in the body shop , thanks to someone running a stop sign. My insurance company arranged for a rental through Enterprise. Enterprise called me numerous times to confirm and even sent an email. After they picked me up and brought me to the center, they asked if I rented from them before. I said probably at some point in my 52 years but couldn't remember when I would have. Then I was told I am on a do not rent list due to an unpaid parking ticket on a rental car. No idea what they are talking about. Then they gave me the address - it was 12 years ago and I lived at that address one year. Never received any notice. They gave me three different numbers to call to get it sorted. Totally ignoring me while I waited for a call back. All three went to voice mail. One agent said to the other "it was probably paid. They changed computer systems in 2008." It would have been 2006-2007 that I rented from them. After being ignored, and now late for work, I left to grab a train.
The three people I left messages for yesterday morning between 8:30=9:00am NEVER called back. Not one of them. Also, nothing turned up when Progressive made the reservation or when Enterprise put me in their system? Horrible experience.
