Awful. My car is in the body shop , thanks to someone running a stop sign. My insurance company arranged for a rental through Enterprise. Enterprise called me numerous times to confirm and even sent an email. After they picked me up and brought me to the center, they asked if I rented from them before. I said probably at some point in my 52 years but couldn't remember when I would have. Then I was told I am on a do not rent list due to an unpaid parking ticket on a rental car. No idea what they are talking about. Then they gave me the address - it was 12 years ago and I lived at that address one year. Never received any notice. They gave me three different numbers to call to get it sorted. Totally ignoring me while I waited for a call back. All three went to voice mail. One agent said to the other "it was probably paid. They changed computer systems in 2008." It would have been 2006-2007 that I rented from them. After being ignored, and now late for work, I left to grab a train. The three people I left messages for yesterday morning between 8:30=9:00am NEVER called back. Not one of them. Also, nothing turned up when Progressive made the reservation or when Enterprise put me in their system? Horrible experience.

I"VE NEVER EXPERIENCED CAR RENTAL LIKE THIS. From the exceptional on-the-phone customer service from Dom (Dominique) to the relaxing pickup and rental arrangement by Eric, I was blown away by the experience provided at 510 N. Front and Spring Gardens Enterprise. The value of the rental was great. Eric offered us a much bigger and luxurious car than we had originally booked. Thank you - we will absolutely be renting from Enterprise again.

After a rental of 2 weeks ago I did not receive back the 50 USD deposit (the guy told me it would have taken 1 day). Then I have called already 4 times and every time after 5 minutes waiting at the phone they put on a brief-hold and they hang up

I was in accident NO FAULT of my own. The insurance company of the other driver accomadated me with a rental. I went to Enterprise at 510 N. Front & SpringGarden. I drove off in a 2018 black 4 cyclinder Titummun. It was a GOOD feeling. Well, the day of the rental came to an end. Yet, my new vehicle purchase begin. Thank you Dominick at the S.G. branch and Eva J aka Sales Consultant. Give her a play or Graig Jackson aka Salesman. P.S. I should have gotten the black Titummun I let the price in color deter me. Meaning, I learned black cost more. It still think about that 2018 Black Titummun. I wonder is it too late? It only been 8 days. Things that make you say, hmmmm.

I love going here. The customer service is so awesome. And the cars are well kept. Looking forward to my next rental from here.
