This is the Enterprise I remember! They've always been professional and courteous. Mitch went went out of his way to make my car rental easy and affordable. Best Enterprise location around!

Great experience. They picked us up and dropped us off and got us a vehicle within minutes of calling. We where in a major rush and they helped us meet our goals.. almost like they cared :)

I tell you what compared to my past experiences with them in the airports. These guys are great and really good customer service. Sometimes it's the small things like my reservation was set and the next morning im single degree weather the car was already started and warm with a fresh bottle of water. The price was just right without having to haggle and suggestions were acceptable without being pressured.

Trying to get a vehicle during hurricane season can be an issue, but they came through with an upgrade? a KIA Van. Van looked nice but road rough. Under powered. Got a flat on a bridge- not fun but not their issue. Replacement vehicle was a Dodge Grand Caravan. Nice! Comped 2 days for flat tire hassle. People at Blue Ash Enterprise- Awsome!

I reserved my vehicle online, called the store to confirm my reservations, was told my reservation was good and even scheduled a pick up but on the day I was to rent the car there were no cars available? Perhaps renting vehicles is just a hobby for Enterprise, 'maybe we will have one and maybe we won't', roll the dice and take your chances on getting a car. The confirmation number should be printed on toilet paper as that is what it was worth in my case. I did not even get a call from the store to tell me that there was no car for me, I had to call them. This organization is a sham and the commercials are deceitful and misleading.
