My experience at this place was horrible! I called before going there about extending my insurance rental. When I got there I was asked where the car was. I had just called, and they didn't say that I needed to bring the car. They also didn't tell me that I didn't need to extend the rental, as my insurance was paying for another 2 weeks. There was only 1 clerk working, and 3 people in front of me. I had to wait for 45 minutes to be told that they couldn't help me.

Enterprise used to be one of the most difficult rental car companies to deal with. I don't know what's happened recently, but my latest transaction was one of the easiest, most pleasent experiences I've had with ANY company in a long time. Good job Enterprise...

I was charged a extra $70 for 4 hours. Then, was told he (Justin) couldn't adjust it which I knew it was a lie. After, saying he would adjust the time to reflect the right amount for being a loyal customer. It's REALLY SAD especially, to the fact I've been renting for years & I'm a Platinum Rewards member. That was a extra day rate. So, I should've kept the car til the next day at 12noon. I never would've thought I would be treated like this. I'll never rent here again. Go to Plymouth, Dearborn on Kean st, or Airport location.
