Everything went great! Excellent staff, great customer service. The real reason for the 3 star rating was the fact that the insurance fee which was not at all mentioned at the time of reservation, was close to $300. I was quoted with an employee discount at about $370 and paid a few dollars short of $600. At that rate, I would have just taken an air plane. So if you're a first time renter, be aware of the hidden fees! EDIT AFTER TALKING TO THEM- They are going to refund my money for the insurance I did not require. I am raising it back to 5 stars.

ROCHELLE & ASHLEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THE WHOLE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HELPING THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY OF MY FUTURE RENTAL CAR NEEDS.

I recently rented a car through your service for the week. When I had originally reserved the car, I had been quoted for 383. 60. I knew that there would be an additional charge for the additional drivers ahead of time, so that was no shock. Where the shock came in, was when I was informed there would be an additional deposit charge of $250, that would be refunded at the return of the rental- which brought my total to $856! We also opted for insurance, which was charged separately for 5 dollars. Which we were told was the amount total. Fine. The free upgrade was nice, but here’s where I get angry. I returned the car at the agreed upon return date, and when I inquired about the refundable deposit going back onto my card, I was told that it actually covered the damage waiver! Myself, and the 2 other adults I traveled with were flabbergasted. We were all under the impression that I would be receiving a deposit upon our return. Which is exactly what we were told would happen. I feel absolutely swindled. And angry. I worked very hard to be able to rent the car, and then to spend the extra money that was required, seemed worth it because I would be getting my refundable 250 dollars back. I am disappointed, and I plan on telling everyone I know who needs a rental to go through another company because I feel cheated and lied too.

I've used this Enterprise location multiple time and have always been happy with my car rental experience. The employees are super helpful and will assist you with anything you may need. They usually have availability. I've had to walk in without a reservation and they took care of me, no problem!
